Job Title: Field Sales Executive – Clinic EMR
Role & Responsibilities:
- Visit clinics, hospitals and diagnostic centres to promote our Clinic EMR software.
- Generate leads and acquire new clinic customers through field visits.
- Conduct product demonstrations and explain software features to doctors and clinic owners.
- Build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals.
- Drive onboarding, product adoption and customer conversions.
- Achieve monthly sales targets.
Requirements:
- Minimum 6 months of experience in field sales.
- Experience in selling Clinic EMR, HMS, healthcare SaaS or medical software preferred.
- Good communication, negotiation and convincing skills.
- Comfortable with daily field visits and client meetings.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented.
Compensation & Work Details:
- Fixed Salary: ₹16,000–₹22,000/month (based on experience).
- Performance Incentives: Up to ₹20,000/month.
- Working Days: 6 days a week.
- Location: Your city
- Employment Type: Full-time.
Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
