About the Role

We're looking for motivated, safety-focused Field Technicians to join our growing SA team. Whether your background is in building, plumbing, concrete pumping or another trade, we'll provide the specialised training you need to build a rewarding career. Working alongside experienced crews, you'll deliver innovative ground engineering solutions across residential, commercial and infrastructure projects.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Raising, re-levelling and re-supporting homes, buildings, bridges, roads and other structures using Mainmark's specialised technologies.
• Operating equipment and carrying out field-based construction activities safely and efficiently.
• Working closely with customers, project managers and team members to deliver successful project outcomes.
• Following safe work practices and contributing to a strong safety culture.
• Maintaining high standards of workmanship and attention to detail.

About You

We're looking for someone who is reliable, hardworking and enjoys practical, hands-on work. You'll ideally have:

• Previous experience in a construction trade.
• The ability to work outdoors in physically demanding environments.
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills.
• The ability to follow procedures and work effectively under pressure.
• A strong commitment to safety.
• Flexibility to travel when required.

Job Requirements

• Current Driver's Licence
• White Card
• Physically fit and capable of manual work
• Strong work ethic and team-first attitude
