Finance Administrator
Location: Naas, Ireland

DECI Ltd. is a leading engineering and commissioning company delivering mission critical projects across Europe, the USA, and the Middle East. Due to continued growth, we are looking for an organised, detail focused, and motivated Finance Administrator to join our team in our Naas office.
This role will support the day to day finance and administrative operations of the business while working closely with the wider team and senior management. The successful candidate will assist with financial administration, expense tracking, invoice management, record keeping, and general office support within a fast paced and growing international environment.
We are looking for someone who is eager to learn, dependable, capable of working independently, and interested in developing a long term career within finance and operations. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to gain hands on experience within a growing international company, with strong opportunities for progression and career development over time.
Please note: We have plans to move our offices to Monasterevin within the next 6-12 months.
Key Responsibilities
- Assisting with day to day finance administration tasks across the business
- Uploading expenses, invoices, receipts, and financial data into internal systems
- Supporting expense tracking and maintaining accurate financial records
- Assisting with accounts administration and finance related data entry
- Managing and organising finance documentation and supporting records
- Assisting with invoice tracking and reconciliation support
- Supporting the wider operations and administration team as required
- Assisting with document management, filing, and office systems
- Liaising with internal teams regarding financial and administrative queries
- Supporting spreadsheet management, reporting, and data accuracy
- Assisting with monitoring and updating finance trackers and records
- Providing general administrative support to help daily operations run smoothly
- Supporting the senior management team with finance and administration related tasks when required
- Helping maintain organised and accurate internal systems and processes
Requirements
- Previous administration, finance administration, accounts support, or office support experience preferred
- Relevant finance, business, administration, or accounting qualification is beneficial but not essential
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Good numerical ability and strong data entry accuracy
- Ability to work independently and manage responsibilities effectively
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Comfortable working in a fast paced environment with changing priorities
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Experience with Sage or finance systems is beneficial but not essential
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow within the company
- Professional and reliable approach to work
- Full right to work in Ireland

Pay: €27,000.00-€35,000.00 per year
