Finance Operations and Accounts Executive
Role Overview
This role handles daily finance operations, reconciliations, follow ups, issue resolution, and routine accounting work across business credit cards, bank accounts, vendor invoices, and tax related notices. The work needs patience on calls, accuracy with statements, and consistent follow through until closure.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with banks, business credit card providers, and tax departments to resolve penalties, surcharges, and notice related issues
- Perform weekly reconciliation of business credit cards, bank accounts, and vendor invoices
- Create routine invoices including intra company and subsidiary transactions, record entries, and maintain proper accounting records
- Track payment status, overpayments, pending items, and exceptions
- Maintain a live cash tracking sheet and status log
- Follow up with vendors and agencies until issues are resolved
- Maintain a daily log of calls, actions taken, and current status
- Support accurate and timely record to report updates through structured daily and weekly reporting
Required Background
- BCom or MCom
- 1 to 3 years experience in bookkeeping, accounts payable, accounting support, or finance operations
- Experience handling bank reconciliations, business credit card reconciliations, invoicing, and vendor follow ups
- Comfortable speaking with banks, agencies, and vendors over phone and email
- Working knowledge of QuickBooks online.
- Prior customer support or process support experience is a plus
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹10,192.26 - ₹25,000.00 per month
