Kingspan Insulation Continental Europe, part of the global Kingspan Group, is a market‑leading manufacturer of high‑performance insulation solutions. Driven by innovation, sustainability, and excellence, we are now looking for a proactive and analytical Financial Controller to join our Finance team with location Tampere, Finland.

About the role

As our Financial Controller, you will play a key role in delivering accurate, timely, and insightful financial reporting across our entities in Northern Europe. You ensure the reliability of our financial information, support month‑end closing activities and partner with stakeholders to strengthen financial controls and processes.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily finance routines and lead the month‑end close process.
• Deliver accurate financial and commercial reporting for Northern Europe entities.
• Prepare statutory and tax reporting in collaboration with Compliance.
• Work closely with our shared service center to ensure strong financial controls.
• Perform revenue analyses and provide ad‑hoc financial insights.

What you bring

• Bachelor in Finance, Business Economics, Accountancy or similar.
• A few years of experience in a comparable role.
• Strong analytical mindset.
• Excellent Excel skills.
• Experience with SAP.
• Proficiency in English. Additional languages such as Swedish, Finnish or German is a plus.
