Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Life Planner. As a Life Planner, you will work closely with clients to
understand their financial goals and provide customized insurance and investment solutions. Your
responsibilities include evaluating client needs, developing tailored life plans, offering guidance on
insurance products, and assisting with sales and marketing efforts. Building strong relationships and
fostering trust with clients will be a key part of your role.
As a Life Planner with TATA AIA Life Insurance, you help families secure their financial future by
offering life insurance, savings, and investment solutions. This is a commission-based and
performance-driven opportunity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Meeting clients and understanding their financial needs.
• Recommending suitable life insurance & investment plans
• Maintaining long-term customer relationships
• Assisting clients during policy issuance & claims
• Consistently achieving monthly/quarterly targets
• Participating in training sessions for skill development

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Sales and Marketing strategies.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to develop trust-based relationships with clients.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented with the ability to work independently.
• Eager to learn about Life Insurance Industry. Previous experience in financial planning or related fields is a plus.
