All applicants must have their own form of transportation because there are no bus routes out to the club.

We are located just 5 minutes outside the city perimeter off Highway 59 on Garven Road just past Spring Hill Ski Resort.

Positions Details:

First Cook:

Applicant must have 3 years experience in a line cook position with strong knowledge of preparing wide range of ingredients and proper cooking techniques to ensure proper cooking temperature of meats as requested by customer

Hourly position will largely consist of evening shifts. First Cook will be responsible for cooking, prepping and staff training of items for the dinner short order menu, the fine dining evening menu, and will be responsible for proper cleaning and organization of work areas. Chef will also assist in tournaments and weddings when needed. Position may require overtime hours. As an added incentive kitchen tip out available for all kitchen staff.
