The Harbour Inn is a family run Hotel, Bar & Restaurant in Buncrana, County Donegal.
We are recruiting for an experienced Food and Beverage Manager to oversee all food and beverage operations.
Purpose of Job - To ensure the smooth running of your department in an efficient manner while ensuring that all guests receive an excellent level of service.
Responsibilities:
- Manage food and beverage operations
- Ensure high standards of food quality, presentation and customer service
- Monitor customer satisfaction and respond to feedback and complaints
- Maintain cleanliness, and compliance with food safety regulations
- Hiring, training, and development of staff
- Work with the management team with regards to bookings and events
- Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role is required
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: €35,000.00-€40,000.00 per year
