Food & Beverage Manager - Abbey Court Hotel, Nenagh
The Abbey Court Hotel is currently seeking an experienced and motivated Food & Beverage Manager to join our dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity for a driven hospitality professional to lead a large, fast-paced department within one of Nenagh’s leading hotels.
Reporting directly to the Assistant Operations Manager and Senior Operations Manager, the successful candidate will take full responsibility for the day-to-day management of our food and beverage operations, ensuring exceptional service standards and team performance.
Key Responsibilities:
· Lead, manage, and develop a large food & beverage team
· Oversee daily operations across all F&B outlets
· Drive performance through clear KPI’s and continuous improvement
· Achieve department KPI’s
· Mentor, coach, and support team members to achieve their full potential
· Ensure consistent delivery of high-quality service and guest satisfaction
· Manage staff training, onboarding, and performance development
· Ensure full compliance with HACCP, health & safety, and all relevant regulations
· Support rostering, staffing levels, and operational planning in line with KPI’s
· Maintain strong communication with senior management and relevant departments
· Engage with relevant stake holders
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
· 3–5 years’ experience in a similar Food & Beverage management role
· Strong knowledge of HACCP and compliance requirements
· Excellent communication and leadership skills
· Proven people management, leadership, and training skills
· Experience in staff onboarding and development
· Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities
· High attention to detail, a completer finisher in all aspects of work.
· A proactive, “can-do” attitude with a hands-on approach
· High level of reliability, focus, and professionalism
· Fluent spoken and written English
Working Hours:
5 days over 7, primarily evenings and weekends
