FORKLIFT OPERATOR| FULL-TIME | PENROSE | Afternoon Shift

We have an exciting opportunity to join our team as Forklift Operator who is looking for a challenge then this might be what you're looking for.

ABOUT THE ROLE

You will work with a tight crew, led by a Distribution Manager/Supervisor. Key responsibilities for this role to unload / load vehicles to ensure timely turnaround of road linehaul, and occasionally efficiently de-consolidate, sort, and consolidate freight into correct containers

Operate a forklift safely and efficiently.
Ability to follow instructions well and be a team player.
Follow OSH standards and implement procedures where necessary.
Promote and adhere to PARCELINE EXPRESS philosophy of safe, efficient on time arrivals and departures

This is a full-time position with the workdays being Monday to Friday, with the daily hours worked to be 2:00pm to 11:00pm .

ABOUT YOU

Confident when operating a forklift
Flexible and reliable
Physically fit and active with a 'can do' attitude and likes to get the job done.
Passionate about keeping customers happy
High regard for Health & Safety standards
The ability to work the afternoon shift
Excellent communication skills.
Excellent organisation and time management skills
Must have a valid full class 1 NZ drivers licence
Must have a current Forklift Licence
Must have a clean MOJ and pass a Pre-Employment drug screen
