Front Desk Manager (Afternoon/Evening)
SPENGA Chattanooga (Fitness Studio) is looking for an energetic, reliable, and people-loving Front Desk Manager to join our team. This position is part-time, for afternoons/evenings and the occasional weekend shift. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy connecting with others, and have a passion for fitness, we'd love to meet you!
What you'll do:
- Be the welcoming face of SPENGA - greet members and create a positive studio experience.
- Drive membership sales and help prospective members find their perfect fit.
- Support daily studio operations, keeping everything running smoothly and efficiently.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with our community.
- Assist with studio organization and cleanliness.
What we're looking for:
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, outgoing personality.
- Comfortable with sales - or willingness to learn.
- Organized, dependable, and able to multitask in a busy studio environment.
- Passion for fitness, wellness, and helping others.
- Team player who brings positive energy to every shift.
