Part Time

Receptionist needed for busy Denturist practice. Hourly wages, part time employment, pay raise after probationary period.

· Provide reception functions during office hours (answering phone, receiving parcels, mail, etc.)

· Warmly receive and greet patients and account for their arrival in our scheduling program

· Making appointments

· Taking payments

· Referring patients to other dental offices

· Tracking treatment care and collaborating with other dental offices to maximize the best possible outcome for the patient, Tracking patient treatment plans to completion

· Cleaning and sterilizing treatment room area

· General housekeeping duties in the reception area, and maintaining throughout your hours

· Filling out and filing patient charts

· Call and maintain log of pts called for yearly checkups

· tracking and collecting information for the use of the Canadian dental care plan

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 12.5 per week

Education:

Secondary School (required)

Experience:

Front desk: 2 years (preferred)
Administrative : 2 years (preferred)

Language:

english (required)
