About the Role

As our Receptionist, you’ll play a vital role in creating a positive first impression for visitors, candidates and employees. This is a hands‑on, front‑of‑house position suited to someone who enjoys variety, structure and being at the centre of a busy workplace.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Greeting visitors, candidates and contractors in a friendly and professional manner
  • Managing incoming calls, emails and front‑desk enquiries
  • Coordinating meeting rooms and office appointments
  • Supporting onboarding activities and internal events
  • Handling mail, deliveries and office supplies
  • Providing general administrative support to HR, Recruitment and wider teams

About You

You’ll thrive in this role if you have:
  • Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role
  • Strong organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail
  • Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel
  • A proactive, team‑oriented mindset with confident verbal and written communication skills
  • The ability to manage multiple priorities with professionalism and calm
  • A friendly, polished phone manner and a genuine passion for delivering outstanding service
  • Availability to work Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 4:00pm (office‑based role)
  • Full Australian working rights
