About the Job:
We are a physical therapy company based in Hinsdale looking for a Full-time Physical Therapy Aide/Receptionist. Working alongside and under the close supervision of the physical therapist and office manager. As well as assisting patients to achieve positive results in an exciting and friendly environment.
Responsibilities:
Under the close supervision of the Physical Therapist and Office Manager, Physical Therapy Aides are responsible for assisting the therapist with patient care or patient-related needs. Light clerical duties are required but not limited to:
- Scheduling.
- Updating patient flow sheets.
- Collecting co-pays.
- Assisting with billing
- Scanning and new patient registration.
- Maintaining overall clinic cleanliness.
- Preparing treatment areas.
- Preparing for Workshops.
