Role Overview:

We are looking for a Front Desk Receptionist who will be the first point of contact for customers visiting iPremium Care. You will handle front-office duties, greet clients warmly, and ensure smooth customer service operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Welcome customers and visitors with a professional and friendly attitude.
Manage phone calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries.
Schedule appointments and maintain service records.
Coordinate with technicians and service teams for updates.
Handle customer billing, receipts, and feedback.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area.

Requirements:

Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Excel, etc.).
Presentable and professional appearance.
Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure.
Prior experience in customer service or reception is an advantage.
