Finchgate Physiotherapy is looking for the Part time/Fulltime Receptionist for multidisciplinary clinic in Brampton . We are looking for the team player , good communicator & achiever to join our growing team.

Physiotherapy Clinic Biller – Job Duties

Insurance & Billing Tasks:

  • Prepare, submit, and follow up on insurance claims for EHC (Extended Health Care), MVA (Motor Vehicle Accidents), and WSIB (Workplace Safety and Insurance Board).
  • Use HCAI (Health Claims for Auto Insurance) portal to create OCF-18, OCF-23, and invoices; ensure accurate coding and timely submissions.
  • Verify patient insurance coverage, benefits, and pre-authorizations before treatment begins.
  • Reconcile claim payments with insurance remittances and clinic EMR system.
  • Track, resolve, and appeal rejected, denied, or delayed claims with insurance providers.
  • Ensure proper documentation for audit compliance and insurance regulations.

Administrative Duties:

  • Maintain accurate patient billing records, payment logs, and outstanding balances.
  • Callback & Booking the Patients appointment
  • Generate and issue patient invoices, receipts, and statements as needed.
  • Communicate clearly with patients regarding their coverage, co-payments, deductibles, and balances owing.
  • Coordinate with therapists and office staff to ensure accurate treatment records for billing purposes.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly billing reports for clinic management.

Technical & Communication Skills:

  • Use EMR and billing software efficiently (e.g., Antibex).
  • Liaise with adjusters, case managers, lawyers, and third-party insurance representatives professionally.
  • Stay updated on changes to OHIP exclusions, FSCO/FSRA guidelines, and industry billing standards.

We are looking for the Motivated billing person who can handle this role.

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 24 – 30 per week
