Gyro Auto Group is looking for a Receptionist/admin to join our dynamic team. Receptionists play a crucial role in creating a positive first impression for visitors and providing essential administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of the business.

The right candidate for this role will enjoy and thrive in a fast paced environment. Previous automotive experience is an asset but not mandatory. Excellent communication, verbal and written is required for this role. This posting represents a current existing vacancy within our organization.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Welcoming and greet all guests in a polite and courteous manner, determine nature of visit, and directing visitors to the appropriate person or department
• Answering Phone Calls: Managing incoming calls, directing them to the appropriate person or department, and taking messages when necessary.
• Retrieve messages from voicemail and maintain correspondence logs in spreadsheets
• Input customer and vehicle data into various programs to ensure all sold vehicles have been stocked and delivered, inventory management
• Helping with month end duties with the sales department
• Perform administrative support duties including (but not limited to) filing, photocopying, faxing, and emailing
• Highly self-motivated and hard working
• Strives for harmony and teamwork within all departments
• Attention to detail

Hours:

Work hours may vary based on operational and business needs and may include morning, evening, and weekend shifts.
