We are looking for someone who is comfortable communicating with patients throughout the day and who understands the importance of professionalism, confidentiality, accuracy, and follow-through in a healthcare setting.
Previous experience in a dental office, medical office, or other patient-care environment is strongly preferred. We are willing to train the right candidate on our specific systems and office procedures.

- Comfortable spending a significant portion of the day speaking with patients by phone.
- Excellent phone etiquette and a friendly, confident personality.
- Understanding of patient privacy and HIPAA requirements.
- Dependable, punctual, and reliable attendance is extremely important.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a busy office.
- Ability to communicate professionally by phone, text, and email.
- Comfortable working with computers, scheduling software, and electronic patient records.
- Attention to detail when entering patient information and documenting communications.
