We are hiring for one of our reputed client from Paper industry which is based out of Delhi location & have been in the industry from 45 years, they are importer & indentor of paper, paper board & Newsprint.

Job Profile:

The Front Office Executive will be responsible for coordinating between various company offices located in Delhi, Mumbai, Chennai, and warehouses at Mundra Port (Gujarat) and Kondli (Haryana). The role also involves managing day-to-day office administration and ensuring smooth communication across departments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the point of contact for coordination between Delhi, Mumbai, Chennai offices, and warehouses at Mundra Port and Kondli.
  • Handle internal and external communication related to logistics, office administration, and operations.
  • Assist in administrative tasks such as managing office supplies, coordinating meetings, and maintaining office records.
  • Ensure smooth and efficient operations of the office, working closely with the team in different locations.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, primarily focusing on logistics and warehouse coordination.
  • Support the management with other office-related tasks as required.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate/Post Graduate (Preferred).
  • Relevant work experience of 2-3 years in a similar role.
  • Prior experience in the paper industry will be an added advantage.

Skills Required:

  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Proficiency in MS Excel for handling data, reports, and analysis.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to handle administrative duties effectively.

  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Proactive and solution-oriented.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Day shift
