Ascend Management Group is hiring a Frontier Sales Team Member to work inside retail locations helping customers learn about Frontier’s internet and TV services. If you enjoy talking with people, explaining options clearly, and earning based on performance, the Frontier Sales Team Member position could be a great fit.

As a Frontier Sales Team Member, you’ll speak with customers face-to-face, answer questions, and help them choose the services that work best for their home. We provide training, so you don’t need industry experience to get started.

What You’ll Do as a Frontier Sales Team Member

• Greet customers in a retail setting and start friendly conversations about Frontier internet and TV services
• Ask simple questions to understand what customers need at home and recommend tailored solutions
• Explain plans, pricing, speeds, and bundle options in a clear and easy way
• Help customers sign up and complete service activations
• Handle questions or concerns professionally
• Keep customer information accurate and up to date
• Track daily sales activity and work toward Frontier Sales Team Member sales goals
• Represent Frontier and Ascend Management Group in a professional manner
• Attend weekly meetings with other Frontier Sales Team Members to continually improve customer service and leadership skills

• Retail, customer service, or sales experience is helpful but not required
• Comfortable talking with new people every day
• Positive attitude and strong communication skills
• Reliable and goal-oriented
• Able to work in a fast-paced retail environment
