Full-time Nanny needed in Melrose for a calm and smiley 6-month-old, starting anytime from now to mid-April. The schedule is Monday through Thursday, 8am - 4pm, and Friday, 8am - 12pm, with 36 guaranteed hours weekly. The family would love to find a long term fit (2+ years).
A great match for this family is nurturing, kind, caring, experienced in infant and toddler care, and collaborative, proactive, and mindful about planning developmentally appropriate activities. A nanny who enjoys getting outdoors and planning outings would be great as the family is walkable to parks, playgrounds, and the library!
One parent works a hybrid schedule, working from home in a private office 2 days a week. The other parent works fully outside of the home.
The family has a friendly elderly cat so please be pet friendly.
Compensation: $30+/hour with optional healthcare stipend, paid vacations, paid holidays, and paid sick time. All pay on the books through payroll.
