Ø12 Coffee and Eatery is looking for waitress / waiter.

We are looking for someone experienced in the service industry who can keep a clear head when things move fast. Above all, we value someone who communicates clearly and naturally with people, and can adapt to different guests and their needs. A positive attitude, a genuine smile, and the ability to balance human interaction with the logic and rules of our systems are essential.

You will be joining a very socially active team, with a frequent staff parties and get together activities.

The job:

Your daily responsibilities will include:

• Opening and closing shifts
• Greeting guests at the door and making them feel welcome
• Taking orders and bringing food and drinks to the tables
• Handling payments accurately
• Clearing, cleaning, and resetting tables during service
• Responding to guests’ needs and handling complaints in a professional way
• Having a basic understanding of coffee and how it is prepared
• Taking care of all areas of the café and supporting the team where needed

We work with clear rules, logic, and routines that create structure, safety, and consistency. You are comfortable following systems, understand their purpose, and use them to stay focused and efficient, even when the pace is high.

Human interaction and service
Service is about reading people and connecting with them. We value strong communication, awareness, and the ability to adapt to different guests while working closely with the team.

How it comes together
We deliver very fast paced service without compromising on quality, warmth, or attention to detail. Energy, rhythm, and timing are essential to keeping the flow smooth and the guest experience consistently high.

Coffee:

As a waitress / waiter, you will also be trained in coffee knowledge, which is essential for good service, as well as the basics of how coffee is prepared.
