Per Se Hospitality Group is redefining Vancouver’s dining scene with its innovative and vibrant culinary concepts. The visionary team behind Michelin-recognised dining experiences. We are currently seeking a General Manager to manage and oversee daily operations to deliver memorable quality dining experiences for all our guests. This role requires exceptional leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to day operations of the restaurant.
• Manage staff members, including scheduling, hiring, training, and performance evaluations while collaborating with department leads.
• Provide construction feedback to staff, promote teamwork and a positive work environment.
• Must be able to operate, lead, handle daily financials, cash reconciliations and deposits.
• Guest service remains a priority and issues are dealt with in a professional a timely manner.
• Ensure Health and safety guidelines and quality control are followed according to sanitation standards in the kitchen and dining areas.
• Work with upper management in operational policies and managing employees.
• Be results-driven and strive to increase profit revenue and sales by generating insightful creative processes to guide the team for exceptional performance and financial goals!

Requirements

• 2-3 years of previous Management experience
• Motivate and manage a team.
• Knowledge of food handling and safety regulations- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Must be familiar with Open Table and Squirrel systems.
• WSET 2 would be considered an asset.
• Must have Serving it Right Certification
