We are Hiring: General Manager – The Madras Grand, Chennai
Join us at The Madras Grand, a leading hotel in the heart of Chennai, as we look for an experienced and dynamic General Manager (GM) to lead our team and elevate guest experiences to new heights.
Position: General Manager
Location: The Madras Grand, Egmore, Chennai
Experience Required: 5+ years in hotel management or leadership roles
Industry: Hospitality/Hotel Management
Employment Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day hotel operations across all departments
Ensure exceptional guest service and satisfaction
Drive revenue and occupancy growth through strategic planning
Manage budgets, cost control, and financial performance
Lead, train, and motivate staff to maintain high service standards
Handle escalated guest concerns and operational challenges
Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and brand standards
Candidate Requirements
Proven leadership experience in the hospitality sector
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of PMS systems and OTA platforms
Hands-on, proactive approach to hotel operations
Ability to manage teams and multitask in a fast-paced environment
