Governance & Compliance Project Coordinator job opportunity

Introduction:
Primary purpose:
The Quality Project Coordinator will be pivotal in supporting the Quality team for a proposed Compliance project. This role will also support the daily running of the Quality team with Quality Assurance tasks including internal auditing. This role may require travelling to remote areas and be subjected to drug and alcohol testing.

Description:
Key responsibilities:

Create and manage detailed project documentation to successful conclusions
Monitor project progress, ensuring milestones are met and informing stakeholders of changes
Ensure successful solution deployment and facilitate user training as needed
Collaborate with cross-functional teams for smooth process implementation and use of applications
Provide software administration and operational support when required
Support governance, risk and compliance, including reviewing processes, documents, rectifying issues, and assisting with ISO standards certifications (9001, 27001, 45001, 14001, 31000)
Document and map business requirements and processes, ensuring alignment with ISO expectations for continuous improvement

Skills and Experiences:
Required skills & attributes:
Bachelor's degree and understanding of audit principles
Proficiency in project management practises and change management
Familiar with ISO Standards compliance requirements and Framework
Strong technical skills, with working knowledge of Google Workspace
Excellent verbal and written communication, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
Highly organised and detail-oriented, with the ability to work independently, remotely, and collaboratively
Confident with promoting ideas and solutions to senior stakeholders
Self starter and independent thinker
Excellent communication skills at all levels
