We’re looking for a skilled and efficient Graphic Designer to join our graphics team in Monaghan. This is a full-time, on-site role ideal for someone with at least 1–2 years of experience — especially in vehicle graphics.

Important: This is not a typical graphic design studio role. The majority of your time will be spent designing graphics for large goods vehicles, not social media or branding-only projects.

You’ll be working under the guidance of our Senior Designer, supporting a wide variety of vehicle and print design projects. If you’re someone who thrives under pressure, is confident dealing with clients, and has a genuine interest in trucks, we want to hear from you.

​What You’ll Be Doing

• Designing custom graphics for trucks, trailers, vans, and other large vehicles
• Creating layouts for signs, posters, flyers, logos, and printed promotional materials
• Assisting with social media content
• Preparing accurate, print-ready files for cutting and production
• Liaising with clients and working closely with our fitting and production teams
• Measuring vehicles on-site to ensure correct sizing and design layout
• Ensuring jobs are delivered to deadline and specification

What You’ll Need

• Proven skills in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
• Experience with vehicle graphics or large-format design
• Strong organisation and time management skills
• Ability to work on your own initiative and juggle multiple projects
• Confidence dealing with client feedback and adjusting artwork accordingly
• High attention to detail and a solid understanding of preparing files for print
• Must be comfortable measuring large vehicles independently and accurately
• A full, clean driver’s licence is required
• A high level of written and spoken English is essential for communicating with clients and preparing accurate job specs

Bonus Skills (Not Essential)

• Familiarity with the rest of the Adobe Suite, WordPress, or CorelDRAW
• Experience creating content for social media platforms
• A genuine interest in trucks or the haulage industry

Working Environment

• On-site in Monaghan, full-time hours
• Busy and fast-paced — you’ll need to be comfortable managing your own workload
• Small, collaborative team where everyone supports each other
• Some training will be provided, but you’ll be expected to hit the ground running
• Must have a reliable mode of transport to/from work

Salary

• Competitive, depending on experience
