Would you like to play a key role in the financial management of a dynamic and innovative organization?
As the Group Finance Manager at FincoEnergies, you will oversee financial consolidation, reporting processes, and driving financial performance across the company. You will ensure accurate and timely financial reports, guide the financial strategy, and support FincoEnergies' sustainable growth. The position is located at our head office in Rotterdam and is full-time (32-40 hours).
Your responsibilities as a Group Finance Manager
Ensure the accuracy and reliability of financial reports, adherence to regulatory standards, and timely completion of tax obligations.
Oversee the financial consolidation and reporting process for the group following Dutch GAAP.
Manage the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing process in collaboration with the Finance Directors and international stakeholders responsible.
Prepare and review key financial reports, such as P&L, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
Ensure compliance with Dutch GAAP and accounting standards, keeping up with any new regulations.
Work closely with the Business Control team on financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
Coordinate the audit process and ensure timely filing of statutory reports and tax returns.
Provide strategic financial insights and advice to the leadership team.
Improve financial systems and internal controls to enhance efficiency.
Your Talents
Proven experience in financial consolidation and reporting, preferably in a private equity-oriented organization.
Expertise in managing financial risks, acquisition accounting, and tax-related matters.
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret financial data and translate it into actionable insights.
The ability to balance strategic oversight with operational execution in a dynamic environment.
As our new Front Runner you bring
A bachelor’s and/or master’s degree in a relevant field.
5–10 years of experience in financial consolidation and reporting within a private equity-oriented organization, with experience in acquisition processing.
In-depth Dutch GAAP knowledge and solid consolidation software experience is a plus.
Hands-on experience with financial systems such as LucaNet and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Strong skills in Microsoft Office, particularly in data analysis, reporting, and financial modelling.
Excellent communication skills in both Dutch and English (Dutch is a must).
A strong salary based on experience & competencies and attractive yearly bonus potential;
