Key Responsibilities:
Finance Responsibilities:
- Billing and Invoicing: Prepare and process patient invoices, handle insurance claims, and ensure timely collection of payments.
- Accounts Management: Oversee accounts payable and receivable, manage patient account records, and maintain accurate financial data.
- Cash Handling: Manage daily cash transactions, including deposits and petty cash, ensuring accuracy and compliance with hospital policies.
- Financial Reporting: Assist in the preparation of financial reports, budgets, and forecasts for the hospital administration.
- Bank Reconciliation: Perform monthly bank reconciliations to ensure all transactions are accurately recorded.
- Expense Tracking: Monitor and report on hospital expenses, ensuring all financial activities are properly documented.
Reception Responsibilities:
- Front Desk Management: Greet and assist patients, visitors, and vendors, providing information and directing them to the appropriate departments.
- Appointment Scheduling: Manage the hospital’s appointment system, schedule patient appointments, and confirm bookings.
- Phone and Email Handling: Answer incoming calls, respond to inquiries, and manage the hospital’s general email account.
- Patient Registration: Assist with patient registration, ensuring accurate entry of information into the hospital’s database.
- Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support, including filing, scanning, and managing office supplies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Prior experience in a finance role, preferably in a healthcare setting.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and financial software.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From ₹10,000.00 per month
