We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented Host/Host to join our team. As a Host/Host, you will be the first point of contact for guests, providing excellent service and creating a positive dining experience.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests as they arrive and bid them farewell as they leave
- Manage reservations and seating arrangements
- Assist in maintaining a clean and organized lobby area
- Answer phone calls and inquiries with professionalism
- Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure efficient service
- Provide guests with menus and inform them of daily specials
Skills
- Experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry is preferred
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in using Point of Sale (POS) systems
- Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Pay: $17.60 per hour
Expected hours: 15 per week
Experience:
- Hospitality: 1 year (required)
- Customer service: 1 year (required)
