We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Hotel General Manager to lead our team and ensure exceptional guest experiences at our establishment. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in hospitality management, with a focus on guest relations, revenue management, and operational excellence. As the Hotel General Manager, you will oversee all aspects of hotel operations, including front desk management, budgeting, and human resources, while maintaining high standards of service and hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all hotel operations to ensure a seamless guest experience.
• Supervise front desk staff and coordinate night audit procedures to maintain accuracy in financial reporting.
• Develop and implement strategies for revenue management to maximize profitability.
• Foster positive guest relations by addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring satisfaction.
• Oversee budgeting processes, including forecasting revenues and managing expenses effectively.
• Collaborate with human resources to recruit, train, and develop staff members to uphold service excellence.
• Monitor hotel performance metrics and implement improvements as necessary.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations while maintaining hotel standards.

Requirements

• Proven experience in hospitality management or a related field.
• Strong skills in guest services and guest relations to enhance overall guest satisfaction.
• Knowledge of revenue management principles and budgeting practices.
• Experience supervising staff in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with front desk operations and night audit processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with guests and team members.
