As the Hotel General Manager, you will oversee all aspects of hotel operations, including front desk management, budgeting, and human resources, while maintaining high standards of service and hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all hotel operations to ensure a seamless guest experience.
• Supervise front desk staff and coordinate night audit procedures to maintain accuracy in financial reporting.
• Develop and implement strategies for revenue management to maximize profitability.
• Foster positive guest relations by addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring satisfaction.
• Oversee budgeting processes, including forecasting revenues and managing expenses effectively.
• Collaborate with human resources to recruit, train, and develop staff members to uphold service excellence.
• Monitor hotel performance metrics and implement improvements as necessary.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations while maintaining hotel standards.

Requirements

• Proven experience in hospitality management or a related field.
• Strong skills in guest services and guest relations to enhance overall guest satisfaction.
• Knowledge of revenue management principles and budgeting practices.
• Experience supervising staff in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with front desk operations and night audit processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with guests and team members.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $70,041.00 per year
