• Clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, and public spaces efficiently and thoroughly, ensuring all surfaces are spotless and well-maintained
• Change bed linens, replenish amenities, and restock supplies to meet guest needs and hotel standards
• Perform floor care duties including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and polishing to keep all areas pristine
• Handle janitorial tasks such as waste removal, window cleaning, and disinfecting high-touch areas to promote a hygienic environment
• Maintain detailed records of cleaning activities and report any maintenance issues or damages promptly
• Follow safety protocols during cleaning procedures to ensure personal safety and protect guest belongings
• Assist with special cleaning projects or deep cleans as scheduled to uphold the hotel’s high standards of cleanliness

Experience

• Prior experience in hotel housekeeping or custodial roles is highly preferred, demonstrating familiarity with industry standards
• Experience with floor care techniques including carpet cleaning, polishing, and industrial cleaning methods is advantageous
• Knowledge of hospitality operations and janitorial practices enhances your ability to deliver exceptional service
• Previous supervisory or housekeeping management experience is a plus for those interested in leadership opportunities
