Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Hotel Housekeeper to join our hospitality team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and overall appearance of guest rooms and public areas within the hotel. This role is essential in ensuring a pleasant and welcoming environment for our guests, contributing to their overall experience and satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize guest rooms, including bathrooms and living areas, ensuring all surfaces are spotless.
• Change bed linens, replace towels, and replenish toiletries as needed.
• Perform floor care duties such as vacuuming, mopping, and polishing to maintain high standards of cleanliness.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
• Ensure that all cleaning supplies are stocked and organized efficiently.
• Assist in the cleaning of public areas including lobbies, hallways, and restrooms.
• Follow established procedures for cleaning and sanitizing to adhere to health and safety regulations.
• Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to guest requests or concerns.

Requirements

• Previous experience in hotel housekeeping or industrial cleaning is preferred but not required.
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
• Knowledge of housekeeping management practices and floor care techniques is a plus.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Strong communication skills to interact positively with guests and team members.
• Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.

Pay: $11.00 - $13.00 per hour
