Full Time

We are looking for a professional and customer-friendly Hotel Receptionist who can efficiently manage hotel operations, guest services, hotel sales, and tour package bookings.

Key Responsibilities:Front Office Operations

Welcome and assist guests during check-in and check-out.
Handle room reservations, modifications, and cancellations.
Answer phone calls, emails, and guest inquiries professionally.
Maintain guest records and reservation systems.

Hotel Sales & Reservations

Promote hotel rooms and services to maximize occupancy.
Handle direct bookings through phone, email, WhatsApp, and online platforms.
Coordinate with OTA platforms such as Booking.com, Agoda, and Airbnb.
Manage room inventory and daily availability.

Tour Package Sales

Explain and sell local sightseeing and tour packages.
Prepare customized itineraries for guests.
Coordinate transportation, guides, boat rides, and excursion services.
Follow up with inquiries and convert leads into confirmed bookings.

Guest Relations

Provide excellent customer service and resolve guest concerns.
Assist guests with travel information, local attractions, and transportation.
Ensure guest satisfaction throughout their stay.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
