Hotel Reservations Manager

Louis Fitzgerald Hotel is seeking a Reservations Manager to lead our reservations team and ensure a seamless booking experience for all guests. You will oversee room allocations, group bookings, and manage rates while maintaining high standards of guest satisfaction.

About The Role

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and motivate the reservations team.
• Oversee room allocations, group bookings, and booking systems.
• Ensure accuracy of bookings, rates, and inventory.
• Liaise with other hotel departments to support operations.
• Monitor performance metrics and provide regular reports.
• Resolve guest booking issues efficiently and professionally.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in hotel reservations or front office management.
• Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in Opera Cloud or similar PMS systems.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexible to support peak periods, weekends, and events.
• Passion for delivering excellent guest service.
