Responsibilities

• Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, common areas, and facilities according to established standards.
• Manage housekeeping tasks including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
• Ensure proper floor care techniques are applied to maintain the quality of various flooring types.
• Assist with laundry duties as needed, including washing, folding, and organizing linens.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and notify management when restocking is necessary.
• Uphold high standards of cleanliness in accordance with hospitality industry practices.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in housekeeping management or custodial services is preferred.
• Familiarity with hotel operations and cleaning protocols is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to work independently and efficiently.
• Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks effectively.
• Knowledge of industrial cleaning methods and equipment is advantageous.
• Ability to lift and move heavy objects as required during cleaning tasks.
• A positive attitude and commitment to providing exceptional service.
