Are you ready to take your career to the next level? We are searching for a passionate and driven individual to join our Housekeeping team as a Housekeeping Supervisor.

In this pivotal role, you’ll work alongside the Housekeeping Manager to lead, inspire, and ensure every corner of our resort shines. Your efforts will play a key role in delivering the ultimate guest experience, turning every stay into a cherished memory.

What You’ll Do:

Lead the way: Oversee the delegation and inspection of room cleaning and public area upkeep.

Stay organized: Manage rosters, supplies, and laundry operations with precision.

Train and inspire: Implement training programs and support team growth.

Keep it smooth: Coordinate with other departments to deliver seamless service and exceed guest expectations.

Handle the details: Maintain accurate records, from lost property logs to performance reviews.

Empower the team: Organize meetings, plan resources, and recruit top talent to keep the Housekeeping team thriving.

What You Bring to the Role:

Proven experience in a busy hotel environment – you know what it takes to deliver excellence.

An eagle eye for detail and a knack for staying organized, even in fast-paced settings.
