Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Human Resources Administrator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing various HR functions, including employee relations, data collection, and compliance with employment labor laws. The ideal candidate will possess strong skills in employee evaluation, change management, and familiarity with HR software such as PeopleSoft, Oracle, Ceridian, and UltiPro. This position is essential in supporting our workforce and ensuring a positive work environment.
Responsibilities
- Oversee employee evaluation processes to ensure performance standards are met.
- Manage employee relations by addressing concerns and facilitating communication between staff and management.
- Implement change management strategies to support organizational transitions.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases using systems like PeopleSoft and Oracle.
- Ensure compliance with employment labor laws and regulations.
- Conduct data collection and analysis to inform HR decisions and strategies.
- Support succession planning initiatives to develop future leaders within the organization.
- Collaborate with other departments to enhance HR practices and policies.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in human resources or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of employment labor law and HR best practices.
- Proficiency in HR software applications such as PeopleSoft, Oracle, Ceridian, or UltiPro.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to manage sensitive situations professionally.
- Strong analytical skills for data collection and reporting purposes.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated.
- Familiarity with change management principles is preferred.
