We're looking for an experienced Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to join our ANZ team on a 12-18 month fixed-term contract. You’ll partner with leaders, influence people strategy, and make a meaningful impact across the employee lifecycle in a collaborative, purpose-led organisation.
What you’ll do:
- Partner with leaders on people strategy and workforce planning.
- Provide advice on employee relations, performance management, and workplace issues.
- Support managers on leadership, performance, and difficult conversations.
- Lead or support organisational change
- Support talent management, succession planning, and career development.
- Undertake and manage workplace investigations
- Drive employee engagement, culture, diversity, belonging and inclusion and wellbeing initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with employment legislation, policies, and procedures.
- Manage HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Support learning and development initiatives.
About you:
- A tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Business, or a related discipline.
- At least five years' experience in a generalist HR Business Partner role.
- Strong experience across the full employee lifecycle, including employee relations and performance management.
- Proven ability to build trusted relationships and influence leaders and key stakeholders.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, with experience using HR data and analytics to support business decisions.
- Currently hold working rights for Australia
