Tarkett Sports Europe comprises 200 employees, 1 production site, €142 million in revenue, and over 5,000 fields installed across Europe, including several prestigious references such as: FC Barcelona, Lille OSC, Real Betis, Chelsea FC, Bournemouth FC, Tele2 Arena, Clairefontaine National Training Centre, FC Lausanne, Racing 92, Connacht Rugby, Ulster Rugby, LOU Rugby and many more.
As part of the Human Resources Department, the HRBP will contribute to the implementation and operational management of HR policies and processes. The role involves close collaboration with operational managers and various internal and external stakeholders.
  • Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, from identifying staffing needs with management to negotiating compensation and finalizing employment contracts (permanent, fixed-term, interns, and temporary workers) for Auchel manufacturing plant and key roles in the Europe region
  • Monitor workforce levels and ensure alignment with the company’s headcount and budgetary objectives.
  • Lead Employee Relations by managing and maintaining positive relationships between the Auchel organization and employees. This includes handling employee relations issues, conducting investigations, resolving conflicts, and providing guidance to managers and employees on related matters ensuring compliance with employment laws and company policies, and developing strategies to improve employee engagement and satisfaction. As necessary, manage and follow up on disciplinary procedures in compliance with legal and internal guidelines;
  • Ensure budget oversight and represent the company in relations with external entities (recruitment providers, academic institutions, public authorities), including participation in career fairs and networking events;
  • Coordinate and implement various HR projects aligned with strategic objectives;
  • Utilize HR performance dashboards and KPIs in Workday HR system to support decision-making;
  • Lead plant talent management activities including regular updates of skills matrices and succession planning charts across plant departments; contribute to the identification of training needs and the design of training plans;
  • Oversee internal mobility processes, from need identification to contractual amendments, in close coordination with management;
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for employees, providing support on career development, HR policy interpretation, and professional transitions;
  • Monitor and manage redeployment procedures in collaboration with occupational health services and relevant internal stakeholders;
  • Ensure compliance with all internal regulations and legal obligations related to workplace policies, health and safety, and environmental standards.
  • Prepare and organize CSE (Social and Economic Committee) meetings in collaboration with the Operations Director;
  • Act as the main HR contact for regional stakeholders on topics related to employment, Quality of Work Life and Working Conditions (QWL), and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR).
  • Actively participate in key HR campaigns and audits such as Salary Review, Goal Setting, Performance & Development Dialogues (PDD), eTrace audits, and CSR reporting.
Profile :
  • University Licence in business or human resources emphasis required ; master’s degree in HR or Labor Law (minimum Bac +5) preferred
  • Proven experience of 1 to 3 years in a similar role
  • Fluency in French and English (spoken and written)
  • Strong communication, interviewing, and relationship-building abilities, change management, and organizational skills
  • Excellent listening skills and a diplomatic approach
