Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end hiring strategy for technical and non-technical roles.
- Implement and improve HR policies, processes, and compliance practices.
- Develop and manage performance management systems.
- Support employee engagement, retention, and grievance handling.
- Partner with management for manpower planning and organizational growth.
- Build structured HR systems suitable for a growing company.
Required Skills
- Strong recruitment and talent acquisition experience.
- Knowledge of HR policies, compliance, and employee lifecycle management.
- Experience in PMS/KRA/KPI implementation.
- Good communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work closely with senior managemen
Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month
