- Plan, run, and follow up on HR projects that support our people strategy and business needs.
- Scope and prioritize initiatives together with HR leadership and key stakeholders.
- Deliver projects with structure, transparency, and efficiency.
- Drive change and ensure smooth adoption of new processes and tools.
- Drive the overall project direction while also taking responsibility for detailed tasks.
- Coordinate cross‑functional work and keep stakeholders aligned.
- Track measurable outcomes, adoption, and realized benefits, not only delivery milestones.
- Contribute to system improvements and digitalization within HR.
- Foster a culture of innovation and collaboration.
- As AI becomes integrated into HR, identify opportunities to make processes more efficient and improve employee experience.
- Promote responsible and secure use of AI tools, uphold ethical standards and data privacy.
- Advocate for continuous learning and adaptability as AI capabilities evolve.

- Experienced in managing HR or people‑related projects supported by higher education or equivalent experience.
- Able to see the big picture while managing details and day-to-day execution.
- Comfortable working independently and skilled in stakeholder management.
- Possessing good understanding of core HR processes.
- Having practical understanding of AI and digital tools and curiosity to learn more.
- An effective communicator with the ability to turn complex into simple, using English as the working language. You are also fluent in one of the Nordic languages.
- Experience with HR systems such as Workday.
- Experience contributing to AI pilots, implementations, or change initiatives.
- Familiarity with change management, UX or service design.
- Experience working in a Nordic or international organization.
