Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Recruitment Specialist to manage the end-to-end recruitment process. The ideal candidate should have experience in sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates across various roles while ensuring a smooth hiring experience for both candidates and hiring managers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end recruitment activities for assigned positions.
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, references and various consultancy networks.
• Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates based on job requirements.
• Conduct telephonic interviews and initial candidate assessments.
• Coordinate interview schedules with candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
• Follow up with candidates regarding interview status, documentation, and joining formalities.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for ongoing and future hiring needs.
• Coordinate with consultancies and external recruitment partners whenever required.
• Ensure timely closure of positions within the defined turnaround time.
• Prepare and share recruitment reports and hiring updates with management.
• Maintain professionalism and a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in B.com or related field.
• Proven experience of 2-3years in recruitment/talent acquisition.
• Strong understanding of recruitment processes and sourcing techniques.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple positions simultaneously.
• Experience working on job portals such as Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and recruitment trackers.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
