Job Summary

Are you a go-getter with a strong local network in Bhubaneswar? Do you have a track record of successfully hiring delivery executives, riders, or gig-workers?

We are looking for a dynamic Field Recruiter to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and onboarding delivery riders at a rapid pace. This is a field-heavy role requiring someone who knows the local geography and can build quick connections.

Key Responsibilities

• Mass Sourcing: Actively source and recruit delivery executives/riders through field sourcing, local community networks, job fairs, and social media.
• Onboarding: Manage the end-to-end onboarding process, including document verification (Driving License, Aadhaar, PAN, etc.) and training coordination.
• Daily Targets: Meet daily and weekly hiring targets to ensure adequate rider supply for operations.
• Market Mapping: Identify high-potential areas, local hubs, and competitive zones in Bhubaneswar to attract talent.
• Relationship Management: Maintain a steady pipeline of candidates and build long-term relationships with local vendors or coordinators.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum 1–3 years of experience specifically in Field Recruitment (hiring for delivery riders, logistics, e-commerce, or gig-economy sectors).
• Network: Must have a strong local network and a solid understanding of the Bhubaneswar market.
• Communication: Fluent in Odia and Hindi (English is a plus).
• Mindset: Result-oriented, self-motivated, and comfortable working under targets.
