Job Description

Position Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Human Resources Summer Intern to support a variety of HR initiatives. This internship offers hands-on experience in key HR functions and provides an opportunity to contribute to meaningful projects that improve organizational efficiency and communication.
Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the development and design of internal HR presentations for meetings and training sessions.
Organize and streamline the HR shared drive by reviewing, categorizing, and archiving documents to improve accessibility.
Review current HR policies for accuracy, consistency, and compliance; identify areas for updates.
Support the drafting and formatting of new HR policies and procedures under guidance.
Collaborate with HR team members on special projects and administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Minimum Qualifications

As of June of the Program year the prospective intern must be a student matriculated in a college or be a recent college graduate (winter/spring term of the Program year).
NOTE: Appointment to this title is only valid for the duration of the Program, June - August each year.
