Hr Technology Specialist
Are you passionate about leveraging data to drive HR excellence? We are seeking an HR Tech Specialist with WorkDay experience to lead our data-driven HR operations. Your expertise in data, insights, and analytics will be crucial for making informed decisions, enhancing performance management, improving recruitment, and boosting employee retention. By ensuring high-quality data, effective reporting, and the right tools, you will provide actionable insights and optimize HR processes. The HR Tech Specialist role will be a key contributor to enable a data driven HR operation to support the business. The role will have a functional responsibility of the HRIS data quality, working closely with the IT systems team to improve the functionality in Workday, as well as supporting the business with data insight. The role will be placed in the Center of Excellence function of HR, working globally across the business. Reports to VP People Operations
Key Responsibilities
  • Responsible for developing and continuously improving Workday as our core HR system in close collaboration with the IT systems team.
  • Serve as the functional owner of HR systems, ensuring that data quality meets evolving organizational requirements.
  • Streamlining and improving HR processes to enhance the employee experience.
  • Manage organizational and job changes efficiently to secure that all relevant stakeholders are informed and data quality is updated accordingly in all systems and create and drive the Workday user forum to facilitate knowledge sharing.
  • Curate comprehensive training modules tailored for different user groups, ensuring they can harness the full power of our HRIS system (Workday).
  • Offer timely support, addressing user queries and concerns, ensuring minimal disruption to HR operations.
  • Leverage tools and manual checks to identify and eliminate inconsistencies, ensuring our system remains streamlined and clutter-free from redundant or outdated data and tasks.
  • Drive and prepare data for organizational health and reporting and report on global mobility, working closely with relevant stakeholders
  • Follow up with HR business partners to ensure data accuracy and relevance.
  • Develop visually engaging and intuitive dashboards, making real-time data accessible to stakeholders and build business intelligence from HR data through predictive analysis.
Qualifications we are looking for:
  • Degree in HR, IT, Business or a related field
  • Proven experience with HCM systems, people analytics, and data-driven decision-making.
  • Strong knowledge of Workday and HCM systems.
  • Strategic and analytical skills with expertise within the HR technology landscape.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to train and develop users effectively.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills and ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Fluent in English and one of the Nordic languages
  • Experience with PowerBI is beneficial

Location for this role is in our offices in Lysaker, Oslo, Haugesund or Stavanger
