Location: Park West, Dublin 12
Company: Phloor Limited

Phloor is a leading wholesaler and distributor of a range of flooring products. For 30 years, we’ve proudly supplied retailers across Ireland with not just outstanding products but an exceptional level of service.

As part of our continued development, we are now seeking a dynamic Human Resources Manager to join our team and take ownership of all HR-related functions within the business.

The Role
The successful candidate will have full responsibility for HR across the business, ensuring compliance, supporting staff, and helping us build a great place to work and foster a positive workplace culture. This role will be supported by our directors and working closely with our external HR advisors when required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the first point of contact for all employee HR queries regarding company policy, contracts, benefits, etc.
  • Manage and process the payroll.
  • Maintain and coordinate training requirements across the company.
  • Oversee the aspects of recruitment – advertising roles, screening candidates, scheduling interviews, onboarding, etc.
  • Conduct and support performance reviews, salary reviews, and remuneration benchmarking.
  • Manage disciplinary and grievance procedures, ensuring compliance with employment law and best practice.
  • Maintain and update employee records in line with GDPR requirements.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

  • CIPD qualification (Level 5 minimum; Level 7 desirable).
  • Minimum 4 years' post-qualification experience in a HR Generalist role. Experience in a standalone HR position or SME environment would be an advantage.
  • Strong knowledge of Irish employment law and HR best practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organisational skills.
  • Proactive mindset with the ability to work independently and to take initiative.

Pay: From €47,500.00 per year
