We are currently recruiting for a Human Resources Manager. This is a full - time position and office based in Limerick city. The successful candidate will oversee all aspects of Human Resources for the Organization.

Key Responsibilities: -

• Ensure compliance with Irish employment legislation, company polices and best HR practice
• Manage & oversee recruitment, onboarding and retention of employees
• Manage ongoing learning, training & development of employees
• Oversee performance management, employee appraisals, succession planning & development initiatives
• Maintain accurate HR records & contracts of employment
• Procurement of work permits from the Department of Enterprise, Trade & Employment
• Oversee & manage Time & Attendance software and rosters for 13 branches
• Manage the Payroll function for all employees, ensuring all employee records, annual leave and absence information is accurate
• Provide HR & Payroll reports and recommendations to the Directors
• Support the Directors and senior management team with strategic HR planning aligned with business objectives
• Provide guidance and support to all Managers on employee relations, disciplinary, grievance, performance and absence management

The ideal candidate:

• HR qualification or previous experience in a similar role required
• Strong knowledge of Irish employment legislation and HR best practice
• Experience in payroll and cost management
• Excellent communication interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational skills with ability to multi- task
• Experience in developing HR policies and procedures
• Ability to build effective relationships with relevant stakeholders
• Strong hands - on HR leadership required
