We are seeking a dynamic and skilled HVAC Service Technician to join our team and deliver exceptional heating, ventilation, air conditioning, refrigeration, and mechanical services. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing a wide range of HVAC systems and related equipment. What You’ll Do:

• Diagnose, maintain, and repair furnace and AC systems.
• Perform routine inspections and troubleshooting (mechanical, plumbing, and refrigeration)
• Provide top-tier customer service and document service calls efficiently.

What You Need:

• 2+ years of HVAC service technician experience.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to communicate well with homeowners.
• Valid driver’s license (required for travel to job sites).

Job Type: Full-time Pay: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour Expected hours: 30.0 – 50.0 per week

Requirements

• Proven experience as an HVAC service technician or in a similar field service role with a solid understanding of HVAC/R systems.
• Strong mechanical knowledge with experience in equipment repair, boiler operation, appliance repair, property maintenance, and welding.
• Familiarity with schematics, HVAC design principles, ammonia refrigeration systems, and electrical testing tools such as ohmmeters.
• Ability to read technical diagrams and schematics accurately to troubleshoot complex systems efficiently.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; commercial driver’s license (CDL) is a plus.
• Construction experience or background in mechanical trades is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of plumbing, refrigeration (including ammonia systems), air conditioning units, and boiler operations.
• Ability to work independently in the field while maintaining safety standards at all times.
• Excellent problem-solving skills combined with strong communication abilities to explain technical issues clearly to clients.
