Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled HVAC Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HVAC/R systems, with the ability to design, build, and maintain equipment. This role involves troubleshooting and repairing various heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems. The HVAC Technician will play a crucial role in ensuring optimal performance and efficiency of our systems while providing exceptional service to our clients.

Responsibilities

• Design and build HVAC systems tailored to client specifications.
• Install, maintain, and repair heating, cooling, and refrigeration equipment.
• Perform property maintenance tasks related to HVAC/R systems.
• Troubleshoot issues using schematics and technical manuals to identify problems.
• Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance on equipment.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards during all work performed.
• Collaborate with other tradespeople to plumb necessary connections for HVAC installations.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an HVAC Technician or similar role in the field of HVAC/R.
• Strong understanding of design principles for heating and cooling systems.
• Proficient in equipment repair and maintenance practices.
• Familiarity with schematics, blueprints, and technical documentation.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Relevant certifications or licenses in HVAC preferred but not required.

Pay: $28.00 - $40.00 per hour
